We want you to be fully informed before making a purchase with us. Please read this policy carefully, as it explains our rules for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Commissioned Artwork – Final Sale

All commissioned artwork is considered a final sale. This means there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

If you are uncertain about whether you will be satisfied with a commissioned piece, or if you think you may change your mind after placing an order, we strongly encourage you not to purchase a commissioned artwork. Commissioned pieces are custom-made specifically for you, and once the order is placed, the sale is binding and cannot be reversed.

Other Products – Damaged Items Only

For all other products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged, we will gladly arrange an exchange for the same product under the following conditions:

  • The damage must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • You must notify us by email at info@lcatencio.com and include clear photos of the damaged product.
  • You must receive final authorization from us before shipping the damaged product back. If you do not receive authorization, you cannot ship the item for an exchange.
  • You are responsible for shipping the damaged product back to us only after receiving authorization.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will ship you a brand-new replacement of the same item, free of defects.

Please note that the process for exchanging a damaged item may take 7–13 business days. No refunds will be issued — only an exchange for the same item.

Items Not Eligible for Return, Refund, or Exchange

  • Commissioned artwork (all sales final).
  • Products not reported as damaged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products returned without prior contact, authorization, or approval.

How to Report a Damaged Item

If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@lcatencio.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged product.
  3. We will review your submission and provide final authorization and instructions for returning the damaged item.
  4. Do not ship the damaged product until you have received authorization from us.
  5. Once we receive your return, we will process your replacement.
