This Coupon Policy sets forth the terms, conditions, limitations, and procedures governing the use of promotional coupon codes (“Coupons”). By accessing, redeeming, or attempting to redeem any Coupon, the customer agrees to be bound by the provisions herein, which address eligibility requirements, redemption mechanics, expiration rules, permitted combinations, refund treatment, tax obligations, and enforcement rights. This Policy also outlines the distinctions between general public Coupons and member-exclusive Coupons available to registered L. C. Atencio Collectors, including the process for registration and the benefits conferred thereby. All Coupons are subject to modification, revocation, and jurisdictional limitations, and may be deemed void where prohibited by law. Customers are advised to read this Policy in full prior to attempting to redeem any Coupon, as failure to comply may result in denial of promotional benefits or other remedial action.

This Coupon Policy governs the issuance, distribution, redemption, modification, suspension, and enforcement of promotional coupon codes and offers made available through the website www.lcatencio.com and any affiliated point of sale operated by L. C. Atencio Studios (collectively, the “Site” or “Business”).
“Coupon” means any alphanumeric code, offer, promotional link, or other instrument that, when validly redeemed at checkout, provides a discount, free shipping, product credit, bundle benefit, or other promotional concession.
“Qualifying Items” means the specific goods or services identified by the Business as eligible for a particular Coupon.
“L. C. Atencio Collectors” means registered, non‑fee members of the Site who are eligible for member‑exclusive Coupons and a special promotional coupon page.
“Automatic Promotion” means a Site‑wide promotional condition that is applied automatically by the Site when stated thresholds are met (for example, “Spend $100 and receive free standard shipping”), distinct from Coupon codes which must be manually entered.
Coupons may be issued to the general public and to registered L. C. Atencio Collectors. Registration for an L. C. Atencio Collector Account is free, voluntary, and may be completed by clicking “Register” from the main menu on the Site and supplying the required information (including but not limited to name, email address, and shipping address). No fees, monthly charges, or subscription payments are required to register or maintain Collector or Membership status.
Access to the member‑only Coupons page and to certain member‑exclusive Coupons is restricted to users who are signed in to a valid L. C. Atencio Collector Account at the time of access. Users who are not logged in will not be able to view or access the member‑only Coupons page or redeem member‑exclusive Coupons.
Registered Collectors retain access to both (a) publicly available Coupons and (b) the additional Coupons posted on the member‑only Coupons page. Membership does not guarantee availability of any specific Coupon and the Business may, in its sole discretion, determine which Coupons are published to the member page.
Coupon types offered by the Business may include, without limitation, percentage‑off discounts (e.g., 30% off entire order), fixed‑amount discounts, free shipping offers, buy‑one‑get‑one (BOGO) and BOGO‑style modifiers (e.g., BOGO 50% off), bundle pricing, product‑specific discounts, and other promotions as announced by the Business.
Except as expressly provided in this Policy, only one (1) Coupon may be applied per order. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a single Coupon may be combined with:
1. An active Automatic Promotion (for example, an automatic, Site‑applied “spend $100 and receive free shipping” promotion where such promotion is in effect).
2. A gift certificate, gift card, or store credit applied at checkout.
Coupons are not combinable with other Coupons unless expressly stated in the terms of the specific Coupon. Coupons may be non‑combinable with manufacturer rebates, third‑party offers, or other forms of consideration when so stated.
Coupons apply only to the Qualifying Items expressly identified in the Coupon’s terms and/or as displayed on the Site. The mere presence of a Coupon on a product page, in a Coupon listing, or in promotional materials does not guarantee the Coupon’s applicability to all products, categories, fulfillment channels, or third‑party sellers.
Coupons may be valid sitewide or limited to specific items, categories, product conditions (e.g., new vs. digital vs. physical), or fulfillment methods (sold and shipped by L. C. Atencio Studios). Coupons do not apply to products sold exclusively by third‑party sellers unless the Coupon’s terms expressly permit such use.
All Coupons must be manually entered at checkout in the designated coupon or promo code field unless the Coupon’s terms expressly direct an alternate redemption path. Coupons are not applied automatically solely because a customer is signed in to a Collector Account.
A Coupon will not be valid or take effect until it has been properly entered and the qualifying items are present in the customer’s cart while the Coupon is valid. If qualifying items are not present in the cart at the time the Coupon is entered and the order is submitted, the Coupon discount will not apply.
Coupons may be single‑use or multi‑use as expressly indicated in the Coupon’s published terms. Unless otherwise specified, a Coupon may be used repeatedly by the same account or customer until the Coupon expires or is revoked.
The Business reserves the right to impose per‑account, per‑order, per‑customer, per‑household, or per‑payment‑method redemption limits on any Coupon in the Business’s sole discretion.
The Business may require additional conditions for redemption, including but not limited to registration, minimum order value, product eligibility, shipping address limitations, or compliance with local law.
Unless otherwise stated, all Coupons expire at 11:59 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (USA) on the Sunday of the same calendar week in which the Coupon is advertised on the Coupon page of the Site. Expired Coupons are void and will not be accepted.
Coupons are subject to availability and are valid only while supplies last. The Business may, at any time and without prior notice, modify, suspend, or terminate any Coupon, Coupon program, or Coupon pages. The Business also reserves the right to change the qualifying items, adjust Coupon values, or remove Coupons from public or member pages at its sole discretion.
The Business expressly reserves the unilateral right to refuse, cancel, or revoke any Coupon, order, or redemption where fraud, abuse, misuse, or any violation of this Policy or the Site’s Terms of Use is suspected, or where error, mispricing, or technical malfunction has occurred.
Coupons are void where restricted or prohibited by applicable law. This means that if a Coupon would violate a binding statutory or regulatory prohibition in the jurisdiction governing the sale or redemption, or if redemption of the Coupon would conflict with applicable law, the Coupon is void in that jurisdiction and may not be accepted.
Coupons reduce the purchase price for the Qualifying Items as stated in the Coupon’s terms. Shipping and handling charges may still apply unless a Coupon expressly waives shipping charges. If a Coupon provides free shipping, the shipping charges for the applicable shipment are waived at redemption and will not be collected from the customer at checkout.
Automatic Promotions that provide free shipping for orders that meet a stated minimum (for example, “spend $100 to receive free shipping”) are separate from Coupons and will be applied automatically by the Site when the stated threshold is reached and when the Automatic Promotion is in effect. The Business does not guarantee the continuous availability of any Automatic Promotion; such promotions may be introduced, modified, or withdrawn at any time.
All applicable sales, use, value‑added, or similar taxes and duties remain the responsibility of the customer and shall be calculated and charged at checkout based on the shipping address and applicable law. The presence of a Coupon does not eliminate tax liability. The Business makes reasonable efforts to calculate taxes accurately.
Refunds will be calculated on the basis of the actual amount paid by the customer. Coupons are promotional discounts and have no cash value; Coupons are not redeemable for cash, and the value of any Coupon will not be returned to the customer as cash in connection with a refunded or returned item. In the event of a return of items purchased using a Coupon, the refund amount will be equal to the net amount actually paid by the customer for the returned items, subject to the Business’s Returns Policy and any applicable restocking or refund deductions permitted by law.
The Business reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, blacklist customers, decline orders, and take any additional action it deems necessary to protect the Business, its customers, or third parties from abuse, fraudulent activity, or behavior that violates this Policy or the Site’s Terms of Use.
Any attempt to obtain additional Coupons through false representation, use of multiple accounts to circumvent per‑customer limits, automated scripts, bots, or other deceptive practices shall constitute misuse and may result in reversal of discounts, cancellation of orders, suspension of account privileges, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
The Business shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to seek recovery of damages, statutory remedies, or equitable relief for violations of this Policy.
The Site and its operations are an extension of a private business, L. C. Atencio Studios. The issuance and acceptance of Coupons are subject to the Site’s general Terms of Use and any other policies posted on the Site.
No Coupon confers any ownership interest, contractual right, or vested entitlement to future Coupons, and the issuance and terms of Coupons are at the sole and absolute discretion of the Business.
The Business shall not be liable for any typographical or formatting errors in Coupon descriptions, nor for the unavailability of Coupons due to technical failures, internet outages, or carrier interruptions.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which L. C. Atencio Studios principally operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles that would require the application of the law of any other jurisdiction.
Inquiries concerning this Coupon Policy, Coupon eligibility, or the registration process for an L. C. Atencio Collector Account may be submitted to the Business through the Help channel located in the Site’s main menu at www.lcatencio.com/help/, or via alternative contact methods provided on the Site.

L. C. Atencio Studios reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Coupon Policy at any time by posting the revised policy on the Site.

This Coupon Policy constitutes an integral part of the terms and conditions governing the use of www.lcatencio.com and the promotional programs offered by L. C. Atencio Studios. By accessing, possessing, or redeeming any Coupon, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the provisions set forth herein. The Business reserves the right to interpret, enforce, or amend this Policy at its sole discretion, and such interpretations shall be final and binding. Customers are encouraged to review this Policy periodically, as continued use of Coupons or participation in promotional offers shall constitute acceptance of any modifications. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and any other promotional material, the terms of this Policy shall prevail. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by L. C. Atencio Studios.
